3-day cleanse
I won’t lie. It was not easy. Each time I felt hungry, I naturally wanted to grab something to eat. I even missed chewing on food. But the great thing about the cleanse is that you have a jar for each time you do feel hungry and it actually appeases the hunger. And the juices taste great too. I really needed a detox and the slight weight loss, and I’m glad that I stayed on track. Energy levels wise, I was able to get through my normal day-to-day and I did it without coffee too! By day 2, I think my body had adjusted to the new temp normal of the liquid diet which was good. I am really happy with the outcomes and will definitely do it again.

My three day gut cleanse...
It was totally worth it, however I found three days a bit hard going, so would drop back to two days a week, if and when I do it again.
